I guess $150 billion pay-off just wasn’t enough. But what’s a terror state to do? Well, for one thing, when they have the upper hand they keep pushing. And push they are. Obama gave the mullahs in Iran an enormous cash reward to sign an agreement saying they would give up their goal of nuclear weapons. Of course they had no intention of giving up their nuclear program or their oft-stated goals of destroying Israel, dominating their neighbors, and bringing war to the Great Satan (us).
Obama’s Iran deal did not nothing but undermine U.S. and world security all while enriching one of the most dangerous regimes on the planet with taxpayer dollars. Well played, Barack. But perhaps Iran’s hyper-aggression will save us from ourselves. The Free Beacon explains:
“Iran on Tuesday again threatened to walk away from the nuclear agreement reached last year with global powers, hours after the country breached international agreements by test-firing ballistic missiles.
Iran’s most recent ballistic missile test, which violates current U.N. Security Council resolutions, comes a day after the international community’s nuclear watchdog organization disclosed that it is prohibited by the nuclear agreement from publicly reporting on potential violations by Iran.
Iranian leaders now say that they are poised to walk away from the deal if the United States and other global powers fail to advance the Islamic Republic’s “national interests.”
“If our interests are not met under the nuclear deal, there will be no reason for us to continue,” Abbas Araqchi, Iran’s deputy foreign minister, warned during remarks delivered to a group of Iranian officials in Tehran.”

The mullahs clearly think they can roll Obama – again. Opinion in this country has turned strongly against this bad deal and the next President would be wise to revisit it if given the opportunity. We can’t expect much from the Obama Administration past a sternly worded press release, a few looks of consternation, and maybe – just maybe – a hashtag campaign. I would suggest #GiveBackOurMoney or perhaps the more winsome #DontBlowMeUp. But with Iran already in blatant violation of this deal we can hope a wiser administration might take steps to increase American security and diminish the threat in Tehran.
